Welcome to AfriAura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order with AfriAura, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About AfriAura

AfriAura is an online retailer offering jewellery and related accessories to customers in South Africa and other supported locations.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order where:

  • Payment cannot be verified;

  • Incorrect customer information has been supplied; or

  • We reasonably believe the order is being placed for unlawful purposes.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a refund will be processed.

6. Payment

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

AfriAura uses secure third-party payment providers to process payments.

We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided by AfriAura are estimates only.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to couriers, weather, public holidays, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership remains with AfriAura until full payment has been received.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the AfriAura Refund & Returns Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

9. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following all jewellery care instructions.

AfriAura is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Water exposure;

  • Chemicals;

  • Perfumes;

  • Cosmetics;

  • Improper storage;

  • Accidental damage;

  • Misuse;

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations;

  • Normal wear and tear.

is the property of AfriAura or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Notify AfriAura immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May not be combined unless expressly stated.

  • May be withdrawn or modified at any time.

  • Are subject to their specific promotional terms.

AfriAura reserves the right to cancel orders where promotional codes have been used fraudulently or in breach of their conditions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, AfriAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

You agree to indemnify and hold AfriAura, its owners, employees and service providers harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
